Led by our park naturalist, this one-hour hike offers a chance to explore nature after dark. As a volunteer, you’ll help ensure the safety of participants while enjoying the beauty of the night. Event Details: Event Name: Full Moon Hike Date: August 28 Event Time: 8:30-9:30 PMVolunteer Shift: 8:00-9:30 PM Location: Williams Park, 940 S Locust Ln, Brownsburg, IN 46112Volunteer Responsibilities: Serve as the "hike caboose" to maintain the line of hikers and ensure participant safety throughout the hike. Assist with guiding participants on the flat, gravel terrain. Help with any minor needs that arise during the hike and communicate with the park naturalist if necessary. Encourage a fun and engaging atmosphere while respecting the natural environment.What to Bring: A flashlight or headlamp (will be provided). Comfortable walking shoes.
