
Field of Honor® Field Volunteers Needed!
Help bring the Brownsburg Field of Honor® to life! From assembling flags to keeping the display beautiful and welcoming, Field Volunteers play a key role in honoring our veterans and creating a powerful experience for all who visit. If you enjoy working outdoors, love the details, or just want to be part of something meaningful—this opportunity is for you!
Volunteer Shifts & Responsibilities:
➤ Field Setup Crew
Date: Friday, November 7
Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Help assemble and place 250 flags across Town Hall Green, attach tribute tags, and make sure every flag is proudly displayed. This role involves bending, walking, and working outdoors.
➤ Daily Field Monitoring
Dates: Sunday November 9 – Tuesday, November 11
Time: 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM
Walk the field, straighten flags, collect any trash, and make sure tribute tags are secure. Field monitors help maintain the respectful and polished look of the display.
➤ Field Take Down Crew
Date: Wednesday, November 12
Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Help respectfully remove flags, gather tribute tags, and assist with organizing supplies for storage. A meaningful way to close out the week of remembrance.
