Help us create unforgettable movie nights for our community by volunteering to make this event a blockbuster success! From popping popcorn to setting up the venue and leading fun pre-movie activities, there’s something for everyone.

Volunteer Shift Details:

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Event Crew:

·       Assist staff with setting up promotional table and tent.

·       Help prepare the venue and ensuring the area is clean and welcoming.

·       Lead or assist with pre-movie games, crafts, or activities to engage attendees.

·       Interact with families and kids to keep the fun going before the movie begins.

·       Operate the popcorn machine and ensure fresh popcorn is always ready for movie-goers.

·       Serve snacks with a smile and help create a memorable experience for attendees.

Help us get the battlefield ready!

Bring out and arrange yard games and activity stationsSet up trash cans and the Parks tent

Event Support Crew | 9:45 AM – 12:00 PM | 3 Volunteers Needed
Be at the heart of the action!

Run and monitor the event’s activity stationsFree throw competition, football toss, and disc golf! Keep participants engaged and safe Help with yard games and answer questions Instructions will be provided—no experience needed!

 

Clean-Up Crew | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | 2 Volunteers Needed

Help Us Glow with the Flow!

Looking for a fun summer volunteer opportunity? Join us for Glow with the Flow Night at the Williams Park Splash Pad! Volunteers will help create an exciting evening full of glowing fun, music, and splash-filled memories for families in the community.

Event volunteers will assist with:
• Passing out glow supplies and materials
• Helping lead craft and activity stations
• Assisting with light event support and participant engagement

About the Event:
Join us for Glow with the Flow Night at the splash pad, where kids can splash, play, and dance to upbeat music. With fun glow accessories and plenty of water-filled excitement, it is the perfect way to cool off and enjoy the night!

Join us for a peaceful evening under the full moon as we take a guided hike through Williams Park. Led by our park naturalist, this one-hour hike offers a chance to explore nature after dark. As a volunteer, you’ll help ensure the safety of participants while enjoying the beauty of the night.

Event Name: Full Moon Hike  Date:  August 28 Event Time:  8:30-9:30 PMVolunteer Shift: 8:00-9:30 PM Location: Williams Park, 940 S Locust Ln, Brownsburg, IN 46112

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Serve as the "hike caboose" to maintain the line of hikers and ensure participant safety throughout the hike. Assist with guiding participants on the flat, gravel terrain. Help with any minor needs that arise during the hike and communicate with the park naturalist if necessary. Encourage a fun and engaging atmosphere while respecting the natural environment.

What to Bring:

A flashlight or headlamp (will be provided). Comfortable walking shoes. Dress for the weather and bring any personal items you may need (e.g., water, insect repellent).

No special experience is needed—just a love for the outdoors and a willingness to help others enjoy the night hike.

Once registered, we’ll provide you with additional details to prepare for the event.
