Get into the holiday spirit and help us spread some festive cheer at our annual Christmas Under the Stars event! We need enthusiastic volunteers to assist with a variety of fun activities, from helping Santa take photos to making sure Santa’s Workshop runs smoothly. Whether you love decking the halls or helping behind the scenes, there’s a role for everyone to make this event magical!

Volunteer Shifts:
- Set Up Crew
- Time: 3:00-6:00pm
- Responsibilities:
- Help staff with venue set up, including pop-up tents, heaters, firepits, signage, and yard games.
- Assist with setting up the photo booth for pictures with Santa and Santa's Workshop.
- Ensure all stations are ready for participants to enjoy a festive experience.
- Santa's Workshop
- Time: 4:00-8:00pm
- Responsibilities:
- Help manage activities in Santa’s Workshop, guiding kids through crafts and holiday fun.
- Support staff with any tasks during the event to keep everything festive and enjoyable.
- Photos with Santa
- Time: 6:30-8:30pm
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with photos with Santa, helping families with their turn and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Tear Down Crew
- Time: 7:30-9:30pm
- Responsibilities:
- Help with removing decorations and packing up materials after the event.
- Assist with cleaning up the venue and making sure it’s left tidy.
- Support staff with any final tasks to close out the event.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing (the holiday season can get chilly!).
- A festive attitude and readiness to spread some holiday cheer!
No experience is necessary—just a willingness to have fun and make Christmas Under the Stars a magical event for all.
