Who We Are
The Brownsburg Parks Volunteer Program offers community members a rewarding opportunity to actively contribute to the success of various events and programs hosted by Brownsburg Parks. As a volunteer, individuals can engage in a variety of roles, from assisting with event setup and coordination to actively participating in recreational programs. What We Do
As an Event and Program volunteer, you may do some of the following tasks:
- Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the preparation and breakdown of community events, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for attendees.
- Registration and Check-In: Help with the registration process, checking in participants, and providing information to ensure everyone has a seamless entry to the event.
- Information Booth: Staff information booths to answer questions, provide event details, and offer assistance to attendees.
- Parking Assistance: Direct and assist with parking to ensure efficient use of space and a hassle-free arrival for event-goers.
- Program Facilitation: Support the facilitation of various activities or programs during the event, ensuring participants have an enjoyable and engaging experience.
- Vendor Support: Assist vendors with setup, logistics, and any needs they may have during the event.
- Clean-Up Crew: Assist with post-event clean-up to leave the venue in excellent condition, ensuring a positive and lasting impression on the community.
