Join us for a special evening celebrating our community’s seniors at the Senior Soirée! This fun and welcoming event brings seniors together for an enjoyable night of connection, entertainment, and light refreshments. We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help ensure the event runs smoothly and that our guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout the evening.
Whether you're greeting guests, helping with snacks, or assisting with cleanup, your support will help make this event a wonderful experience for everyone!
Volunteer Shifts & Responsibilities
Event Set Up | 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Volunteers will assist staff with:
- Setting up tables, chairs, and decorations
- Preparing event space for dance area
Event Support | 4:00 – 7:30 PM
Volunteers will help during the event by:
- Assisting with coat check for arriving guests
- Managing the popcorn machine and helping keep snacks stocked
- Greeting guests and providing general event assistance
- Helping staff keep the event space tidy throughout the evening
Event Tear Down & Clean Up | 7:30 – 8:30 PM
Volunteers will assist staff with:
- Event tear down and clean up
- Collecting supplies and decorations
- Light sweeping and general room reset
