Help us create a cozy, joy-filled evening for moms and their minis! Moms, Minis, & Manis is a special night of connection, creativity, and a little sparkle. Volunteers play a key role in making this event run smoothly—welcoming families, helping at activity stations, and spreading smiles throughout the evening.
Volunteer Shifts

Time: 6:00-9:30 PM (includes orientation and tear down)
Location: Eaton Hall, 61 N Green St. Brownsburg, IN 46112
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Help families feel welcome and comfortable
- Assist with nail painting and tattoo stations
- Assist with craft and game stations
- Help monitor and restock the snack and drink table
- Keep activity areas tidy and flowing smoothly
- Provide friendly support to staff and participants as needed
- Assist with event tear down and clean up
This is a relaxed, feel-good event full of laughter, connection, and meaningful moments between moms and their children. It’s a great opportunity to give back while being part of something truly special.
