Help us create magical memories at the Father Daughter Dance, a special evening filled with fun, laughter, and sweet moments! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with everything from setting up the venue to managing activity stations and ensuring the night is unforgettable for every family. If you enjoy spreading joy and working in a festive atmosphere, we’d love to have you on our team!
Event Details:
- Event Name: Father Daughter Dance
- Date: Friday, Feb. 7 & Saturday, Feb. 8
- Location: Brownsburg East Middle School
Volunteer Shifts & Responsibilities:
1. Event Set-Up Crew
- Time: Friday (4:00pm-7:00pm)
- Responsibilities:
- Help decorate the venue with festive, themed decorations.
- Set up stations for crafts, cookie decorating, candy bar, popcorn, drinks, and prize table.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and signage to ensure everything is ready for the big night.
2. Event Support Crew
- Time: Friday (6:30-9:30pm) & Saturday (6:00-9:30pm)
- Responsibilities:
- Manage activity stations (crafts, cookie decorating, candy bar, popcorn, drinks, and prize table) by guiding participants and ensuring supplies are restocked as needed.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for attendees and assist families as they enjoy the evening.
- Monitor the event space to ensure everything runs smoothly and assist with any participant needs.
3. Event Tear-Down Crew
- Time: Friday (8:30-10:30pm) & Saturday (8:30-10:30pm)
- Responsibilities:
- Help clean up the venue, including clearing tables and breaking down activity stations.
- Pack up decorations, supplies, and materials.
- Ensure the venue is left tidy and organized.
