· Volunteer Shift: 4:30-8:30 PM
Volunteer Responsibilities:
· Help arrange courts for beginner games and round-robin matches.
· Set up event signage, registration tables, and seating areas.
· Assist with organizing equipment, such as paddles and balls.
· Welcome participants and help manage event registration.
· Assist with match scheduling and guide players to their assigned courts.
· Monitor courts to ensure games run smoothly and answer participant questions.
· Be a friendly face and keep the energy fun and positive!
· Help pack up equipment and event supplies.
· Take down signage, tables, and seating areas.
· Ensure the venue is left clean and organized after the event.
What to Bring:
· Comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes for moving around.
· A big smile and enthusiasm for making this event a smashing success!
