Join us as a volunteer for our Trail and Treat event at Williams Park! This spooktacular event is all about enjoying the fall season, and we need your help to make it a hit. Whether you're setting up, helping during the event, or tearing down afterward, your efforts will ensure everyone has a great time!
Event Details:

Volunteer Shifts:
- Set Up Crew
- Time: 2:00-4:00pm
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up the trail for vendors.
- Help arrange designated parking areas and ensure clear signage.
- Ensure the venue is ready and inviting for participants.
- Event Support
- Time: 4:30-7:30pm
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor and direct traffic in designated parking areas, ensuring safety and organization.
- Provide assistance to participants, answer questions, and help maintain a safe environment.
- Support park staff with any immediate needs during the event.
- Tear Down Crew
- Time: 7:00-8:00pm
- Responsibilities:
- Help with cleaning up after the event, including removing decorations and picking up trash.
- Assist with packing up materials and ensuring the park is left clean and tidy.
- Support any final tasks to wrap up the event.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
- A fun attitude and a willingness to help out!
