Kick off the holiday season by helping us bring Christmas Under the Stars – Winter Market to life! This festive community favorite transforms Town Hall Green into a sparkling winter wonderland complete with cozy fire pits, cheerful vendors, Santa’s Workshop, and family-friendly fun. We couldn’t do it without the help of dedicated volunteers like you!

Volunteer Shifts & Responsibilities:
Set-Up Crew:
Friday, December 5th, 2-4 PM (3 volunteers needed)
Saturday, December 6th, 2-4 PM (4 volunteers needed)
Help us create the magic! Volunteers will:
- Assist staff in arranging and setting up venue spaces
- Set up fire pits and outdoor heaters
- Help with town tent and signage
- Assist with assembling and decorating Santa’s Workshop
- Ensure the event layout is safe, welcoming, and functional
Event Support Crew:
Saturday, December 6th, 5-7 PM (2 volunteers needed)
Be in the heart of the holiday action! Volunteers will:
- Monitor and help supervise the Snowball Pit activity
- Assist with trash pickup and keeping event areas tidy
- Provide directional support and answer guest questions
- Help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere for families and visitors
Tear-Down Crew
Saturday, December 6th, 8-9 PM (3 volunteers needed)
Help us wrap up a successful night! Volunteers will:
- Assist with disassembling event materials
- Pack away equipment, decorations, and supplies
- Collect and organize signage
- Help return Town Hall Green to its original condition
