Event Overview: The Teen Egg Hunt is a lively and engaging event designed for teenagers in our community. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy an egg-citing scavenger hunt filled with hidden surprises and challenges. As a volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the event runs smoothly and all attendees have a fantastic time.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Assisting with event setup and decoration to create a festive atmosphere.
- Guiding participants and ensuring they follow the rules of the scavenger hunt.
- Hiding eggs in designated areas before the event.
- Providing assistance and support to participants throughout the event.
- Assisting with event cleanup once the egg hunt concludes.
Shifts Available:
- 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Event Set Up
- 7 pm - 9 pm - Event Assistance (Help with prize table, refreshments, and monitor event).
- 8:45 pm - 10:15 pm - Event Clean Up
